The products offered on gunibo.com consist exclusively of software modules for the PrestaShop platform, supplied in digital format via electronic download and subject to a usage license.
ORDER PROCESS
To place an order, the customer must complete the purchase process via the e-commerce platform of gunibo.com, providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
Upon acceptance of the order, the customer acquires the status of a customer of gunibo.com.
The ordering process consists of the following steps:

Discount codes

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices displayed on this website are net prices and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise. Any applicable VAT and the total order amount will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process before the final confirmation of the order, depending on the customer’s country of residence and their status as a business or professional.
As the products consist of digital content supplied by download, no shipping or physical delivery costs apply.
The following payment methods are available:

Payments are processed securely via the payment service provider Stripe. gunibo.com does not have access to the customer’s banking or card details.

Bank transfer (advance payment)
The order shall only be deemed confirmed once the full invoice amount has been received in the specified bank account.
DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT
Once payment has been confirmed, the customer will be granted immediate access to the digital content via their customer account or through a download link provided by email.
WARRANTY
The software modules are provided for professional use and are warranted to correspond substantially to the product description. No guarantee is given that the software is completely error-free or compatible with customized environments.
LICENSE, USE AND SUPPORT
The software modules are supplied under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, limited to use within a single PrestaShop installation.
The license is granted for an unlimited period for the specific major version of PrestaShop for which it was purchased.
The purchase price includes a technical support period of three (3) months, covering installation, standard configuration and the resolution of reproducible issues directly attributable to the module.
Support does not cover issues arising from customized themes, overrides, third-party modules, specific server configurations or incompatible system versions.
After the support period has expired, the customer may continue to use the module in accordance with the acquired license.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Additional professional services may be offered and shall be contracted separately, subject to their own specific terms and conditions.
LANGUAGE
The language governing the contract is Spanish.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the contractual relationship, the courts of Palma de Mallorca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
